Nyeah, I prefer her in authoritative doctor mode. Is that wrong? Or would it be
worse if I preferred her in mom mode?

Nope. If she shoots him she is obligated as a doctor to heal him (not to mention
the whole “First, do no harm” thingie). What would you do if you were part of a
top secret government project with the ability to SECRETLY send people to
planets hundreds of thousands of light-years away?

Technically, Janet can't be Cassie's doc. She's her Mom.
Yes she can, it’s just frowned upon. Besides, there aren’t that many other
doctors who know about the naquadah in Cassie’s blood so she has to be treated
at the SGC and whilst she’s there Janet is top dog (but not a bitch).
Why is Janet watching from the observation level? Nothing would keep my
Mom from my side if I were that sick
Well, depends how sick and what kind of sick. I mean, if mom was wearing her
nice clothes and you were throwing up all over the place…
They move Cass into the observation room because it's shielded from the
rest of the base. Which infers that the Infirmary isn't shielded and linked into
the rest of the base. Well, that's just stoopid
Why? And didn’t Cheyenne mountain use to be a nuclear test facility? Shouldn’t
the whole bloody thing be shielded?
Nice to see Janet in the briefing scenes. "Dammit, I'm gonna be involved!"
They had to frisk her for her pen light first though. They get really annoyed
when they’re trying to give a presentation and she’s coming up to them and
shining a light in their eyes.
Janet walks in and Cassie's making the chess piece spin in mid-air

That’s thinking like a scientist. Now think like it was mom talking to you when
she walks in and you’re doing something you shouldn’t be. You’d stop fairly
quickly. Unless you’re actually a teenager.

Really. Hmmm, methinks you’re not too objective on the whole Janet-to-cool ratio
factor thing. Tell me, what mode of Janet is not cool?
Why does Janet have the light board above her desk? It'll make it hard to
see anything minute on the x-rays

Speaking of x-rays, there are negatives of a head, chest, pelvis and (what
looks to be be) a hip. To whom to they belong?

I have an aside question. After the stuff with the Reetou in season two,
they set up TERs by the 'gate to stop any more sneaking onto base. So how did
Nirrti get in?
